After having years of experience with renovating homes I have dealt with a number of excuses and mistakes by a selection of builders I have commissioned. My 4 bedroom house was given to builders who came highly recommended. Twelve weeks was the contract for re wiring, new bathrooms/kitchen etc. Eight months later I was at my wits end! So I searched the web for someone to finish off the floors,some wiring and tiling. I was at first very apprehensive about taking on builders from the web, but I read the testimonials and Sunday Times article on EZ Builders and decided to give it a go.

We used EZBuilders in the renovation of our flat. The renovation was 7 months and very complicated. Over the last 7 months we had dozens of builders lots of different trades and companies working on the flat. We can honestly say, we had not experienced builders like these.

They were well priced, came when they said they would to look at the job, quoted within a week, came on the date decided upon to start the work, finished when they said they would. They were knowledgeable, knew what they were doing, were so respectful, clean and a pleasure to work with. We have our faith restored in builders after using them.

I found EZBuilders when I read an article in The Sunday Times years ago. The article was about Polish/Bulgarian builders working in the UK compared to UK builders. Anyway, we recommend them for a stress free experience.

EZ Builders were professional from start to finish. They arrived when they said they would, advised on lay-out and feasibility, produced a quote the next day, and started and completed the work on time and to quote. They were respectful of my property at all times and executed to a very high standard.

They backed up the bill for consumables with receipts and always took/returned my calls when I needed to get hold of them. They were also very clear from the outset as to what they needed from me - ie waste disposal facilities, parking permit, cash for consumables, and all items pre-delivered.

However, aside from being skilled and professional, the real difference with these guys is that they took pride in their work and actually wanted it to be well-executed. So once the work was complete, they performed their own quality control and applied a few additional finishing touches which I had not spotted. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

EZ Builders did a fantastic job for me recently in re-decorating my house. At each stage of the process every detail was professionally handled, and I felt totally confident that I would be getting a quality result. The initial quote was prepared quickly (very reasonably priced I might add), and a start-date was agreed which was a week after the initial quote. The team turned up on-time to start the job and worked late into the night and Saturdays (and some Sundays if required) to ensure that the job was finished on time. EZ Builders were totally reliable in every sense; I had to leave London for the final week of the job, and was delighted to find, on my return, not only was the work done well, and on time, but they had left the house in a very tidy condition.

We asked EZ Builders to refurbish our bathroom and utility room. We were pleased with how quickly they came to view the rooms and then provide a clear quotation with clear costs. Once the quotation was agreed we paid 30% as a deposit. The final payment was not made until we were completely satisfied with the work done. The workmen were on time and cleared up after themselves every day and kept the disruption to a minimum. We were also able to trust them to finish the job while we were away on holiday. Any problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Last July, after a long time searching we finally found our dream: an affordable cottage house in the middle of Hampstead Village. Despite the fact that structural the house was fine, it needed a complete refurbishment, including repairing supporting beams, plastering, rebuilding walls, electrics and plumbing, bathroom and kitchen installation and decoration. My wife was 7 months pregnant and we had to finish to complete job early September. Having experience with builders in London, I started by searching on the Internet where I found EZ Builders. After the initial contact we agreed about the project approach and they started working one week later. EZ Builders executed the complete project in successive phases, all on-time and within budget, so that early September my wife and myself moved into our new house. The quality of the work was above standards with no surprises in costs as is usually the case. But above all of this, I enjoyed their honesty, openness and enthusiasm for the job.

I needed some minor decoration job done in my house in Edgware. My daughter found EZ Builders on internet and after I'd seen their clear website, I decided to give them a try. After realising that it would take me weeks of spare time to redecorate my house, I looked on the internet for a company of decorators and spoke to a few for a quote.
