Color Accents Depending on the Season

Color has great influence on people. It can evoke various emotions, including the feeling of warmth or coldness. You can easily change your decor depending on the season, the weather or even your mood, using colors.

Main rule is simple. Cold days should be necessarily flavored by warm bright tones, warm ones by cold.

In spring interior colors may remind egg shell, golden-yellow or apricot. Paints should be gentle as the first spring flowers.

In summer cool and dim shades are recommended. Color accents should be made on silver-gray, green or bluish-beige, chocolate or coffee with milk. Metals and natural materials should be silver and bluish.

In autumn and winter warm colors may be an excellent choice. Warm colors include red, orange, yellow, and others, in which these shades dominate like beige, brown, golden, or terra-cotta colors. These colors should be present in the interior for it to seem more cozy and comfortable.

You can simply locate a few colored pillows on the sofa, or change curtains on the window and you are ready for the new season.
